The only thing you can really see is the dude's helmet flipping over the truck and bouncing down the street. From that though, I'm guessing this hurt a fair bit.
Note how this guy was wearing full protective gear, which is why he gets up and walks this off instead of heading to the hospital to be stitched back together.
